Eligibility

This "Sweepstakes" is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Pulse Research, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant ("You") agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.

Entry Period

The specific Entry Period for each Sweepstakes will be defined in the promotional materials accompanying the survey. All entries must be received by the stated end date and time to be eligible.

How to Enter (Alternative Means of Entry​ AMOE)

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A. Survey Entry (Primary Method): Complete the online survey and provide your required contact information (name, phone number) on the entry form located within the promotions for that specific survey.

B. Alternative Means of Entry (Mail-in Entry): To enter without completing the survey, hand-print your complete name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper. Place the paper in a standard business envelope and mail it to the following address:

Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate, outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within 30 days of the end date of the survey to be eligible. All entries submitted by mail will be given the same odds of winning as online entries.

Prizes

The prize(s) available for the Sweepstakes will be detailed in the accompanying promotional materials. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No prize substitutions are allowed, except at the Sponsor's discretion (e.g., substitution of a prize of equal or greater value). Prizes will be distributed within 6-8 weeks after confirmation of eligibility is complete.

Winner Selection and Notification

The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Pulse Research. Potential winner will be notified by email and/or by phone. The potential winner must respond with confirmation within 7 days of notification date or an alternate winner may be selected. After initial confirmation, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability will be sent to the potential winner. Pulse Research shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect contact information.

Winners List

The name of the prize winner(s) can be found by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Pulse Research, Attn: Sweepstakes Winners List, P.O. Box 2884, Portland, Oregon 97208. Requests must be received within 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Waiver of Liability and Publicity Release

Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes permission to the Sponsor and their agencies to use winner's name, address, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners agree to release and hold harmless Pulse Research, its agencies, and employees from injury, death, loss or other liability that may arise from the acceptance or use of any prize or their participation in this Sweepstakes.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected (Name, Address, Phone, Email) is used strictly for the purposes of Sweepstakes administration, including winner selection, prize fulfillment, and mandatory regulatory compliance. Your data will not be sold, shared, or rented to third parties for their marketing purposes. By entering, you consent to the use of your data as described herein.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. Entrants agree that any legal action arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. By participating, entrant agrees that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Intellectual Property

All content, including all survey questions, related to this Sweepstakes is the intellectual property of Pulse Research, Inc. Any unauthorized use of this material will be subject to legal action.
